I'm missing a lot of rewards credits!!

Hello,

My issue is, as stated in the title, missing rewards credits.

I've been a MyRewards member since 7/3/2011.

I understand that one of the methods of acquiring credits is through the renewal of 12 month Xbox live. I have one indicator for 2/13/14 (my yearly renewal date) showing 3000 rewards credits being added upon the renewal of my 12 months XBL subscription.
However, 3000 credits is my current balance, as well as my lifetime earning. So, I have been a member for over 5 years, and have not gotten the rewards credits for any other renewal aside from the 2014 one. I have also not gotten the rewards credits for any
of the multiple game or DLC purchases I've made over the years, nor any achievements I've gotten.

Please help!

On a side note, I also have 520 lifetime Microsoft points earned from the previous Microsoft points system (however, I am unsure of how correct that value is either). How can I redeem them or convert them to credits?

Missing rewards

I am missing a lot of reward credits and I understand a transition is happening currently but I’m missing the, are it’s worrying me.

 

Where are my credits and gems I earned?

I am missing credits and rewards I have earned over the last couple months. I spent a lot of money on games, bought a game pass subscription and two years worth of Xbox live gold trying to get credits and gems. Can you help me out?

 

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Achievements
don't award credits unless they are part of a specific offer.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

As of August 2013, all Microsoft points were deposited into accounts. So you would have had them deposited years ago and possibly used them already. If you view your full statement on the MyRewards section of the site, you should see when they were previously
deposited.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders,
game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds.
If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
at (Xbox Live Rewards).

As of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals.

As Smwutches says, all Microsoft Points were deposited before they were discontinued. This can be reviewed from the MyStatement, sort/viewed by lifetime events.
