    IM LOSING MY INTEREST FOR XBOX!


    Every time for the past couple months, my xbox dissconnects from my wifi every couple hours to even minutes, it dissconnects and then reconnects in 5-10 seconds for no reason, my router is in the room right next to mine on the other side of the wall, this
    has been aggrivating for many reason, I will go on winning streaks, and out of nowhere, connection has been lost, thats all I need to get mad because my xbox is wack, i already tried to call xbox support, but they cant do anything, because ive already factory
    reset my xbox multiple times, and cleared the storage, and even though they probably messed up my xbox in the first place, because i wouldnt know how something could of ruined my xbox out of nowhere. If this xbox has this for the rest of the time i have it,
    i will loose it. Also if that doesnt ruin your day along with whatever personal issues your having, the first time i called xbox, they hung up on me, i just love this community.

    It might be that your consoles wifi card is going bad. In that case it might require repairs. Make sure that you have followed all the steps that Xbox Support has given you and after that you can request a repair. Depending on the age of the console, you
    might get it fixed under warranty or then it might cost you something.

    I also recommend using the wired connection.

    Hi, you have an external HDD via USB right next to your XBOX stand and connected. It can actually cause your WiFi for the XBOX to be disrupted by the USB HDD. If so, place the HDD a little further away from the console or remove the drive once for testing.
    It helped me. On Reddit you can read the said problem.

    Sorry you are having a bad experience, have you tried using a wired connection rather than wifi?

    Hi Caleb!

    I experienced similar issues. Internet working on everything else great, just on xbox. I found that it would cut out, if I was using a hard wired connection. I just used wireless connection and it did it less frequently. I restarted my router and it worked
    ok for a little while. I ended up replacing the router. Have had no issues since. Hope this helps!
