Im looking for xbox enforcement, this is harrassment!!!!!!!

I really need to be put in touch with someone on xbox enforcement. Ive got a handful of little kids falsely reporting myself along with others on Xbox. This is tarnishing my 8 yr old account. For 7 yrs i had no trouble. Within half a year its become monthly
i get reported. Tell you something i never changed. Im 36 yrs old and have been a loyal xbox gamer for 8 yrs now. I dont need this kind of treatment, and frankly its harrassment and bullying. Ive already blocked 2 of this kids profiles he has created. Most
people i have met that have multiple accounts is for hacking or modding purposes, which i also do not condone. Can someone help me, the phone support could not help me. I have others that can and will speak up on this, and if i have to, i will get in touch
with my lawyer, again this is no joke, i pay hard earned money to maintain 3 xboxes in my house all with live and games, this is alot of money we are talking about, and your allowing kids to harrass people like me with your system. I require contact from Enforcement
or i will like i said be talking to my lawyer about this. I did mention to him the fact i blocked him on every account i know of say it all that i never wanted communication with that kid and tried to prevent further harrassment.

This player repeatedly breaks rules, gets reported numberous times because his behavior. On the front page of enfoecement it says harrassment is an offense.

So when a player is reported for unsporting behavior. I.E. ****. Then msged and told you recorded n reportes for unwanted behavior that by the way is not programmed in the game. So this is abuse of game content to do an i appropriate sexual gesture. How
is that not by definition harrassment??

I have had multiple clips of this childish player abusing rules. I get 2 week block for a cuas word, but repeated reports for harrassment nothing happens?? The enforcement team really needs to taje control of enforcing all rules.

Yes, they can be banned for harrassment. Thought the punishment depends on how severe the enforcement team determines it to be. Suspensions can start at 24 hours and increase to 2 weeks with multiple enfractions, and then a permanent ban after the 2 weeks.
If the harrassment is severe enough, they will permanently ban them immediately instead of just suspending them.

 

The only way to contact the enforcement team is by filing for a case review by following the instructions here

Isn't there a way to set your communication preferences to friends only? Just update your settings and move on with your life. Claiming you're going to sue a company over something so trivial just makes you sound like an ignorant riled up teenager.

 

Unfortunetly people do act like this in real life. kids and younger peeps don't have the maturity levels of older middle aged adults. you can block mute delete if theyre on your friends list and report. If it really gets on your nerves go to your privacy
settings and set communications to friends only. that way you cant get messages or hear anyone in chat who is not your friend. Perhaps play games which dont appeal to younger peeps like poker etc. And yes teenagers can participate on these forums not just
older middle aged people. with communities including xbox its about diversity. Were not all robots or forty something year olds.

Here's your problem. People aren't going to believe you've done nothing wrong simply because the way you have spoken in this thread.

You've been overly arrogant and insulting to the members here, so why should they believe that the reports being filed on you are anything but genuine?

Speak calmly and politely and you'll find that most people will be more inclined to help you with your problems.

I would suggest writing a physical letter to someone in Microsoft's Xbox Division, again using polite and calm language as you'll have to get your communication past their assistant.

 

Guess what side the OP will be on? Minus Lionel Hutz of course. This nut would sue Microsoft without representation.

I hope they counter sue for the supposed $25,000 you have spent on video games and accessories over the years. Oh and its insight not incite. /thread

 

He'll never make it anywhere near that far since:

A) He'd actually have to put forth some effort.

B) He'd have to find an attorney dumb enough to take the case.
