    I'm looking for my purchase history for all time. I'm wondering if records are ever deleted...


    I'm looking to find the date that I bought a game. I was looking through the purchase history but it only goes back to 2018 and I know that account is significantly older than that. I was looking at other threads where it is stated that an all available drop down item is an option but I don't have that option and only get the option for the past 7 years. I don't know if its just something on my end but would love an answer.

    2018 is when here were some changes to billing site stuff so it doesn't go any farther than that on the website. For anything farther, you'd have to contact support and speak to billing to see if they can find the date. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    missing purchase history

    If this hadn't happened before I would chalk it up as a mistake, but this isn't the first time something I purchased digitally vanished from my purchase history, therefore blocking me from accessing my purchase. When I try to contact microsoft it looks
    like I never made the purchase and all my proof had been deleted. Its usually with games I no longer play. Maybe it shouldn't go down as a purchase but as a rental, then when it disappears off customers accounts after a couple of years they are not confused
    and upset. As an accountant, I'm not likely to mistakenly purchase something and play it for a couple of years, and then come to you wondering why its no longer there. The mistake is on microsoft and I won't ever make a digital purchase again.

    Personally I just deal with Microsoft, that way all your records are with Microsoft if you ever need to go back and look at you purchase history. There's this many people out there trying to rip people off.

    Hello JamesClarkson1, purchase history can not be deleted. It's your private total record of downloads and purchases.
