I'm looking for help in resolving an unfair communications ban currently imposed on my xbox ...

good luck, I received a 24 hr communication suspension on November 7 but to this day I still can't talk in a party or ingame because they can't properly unsuspend people. Just letting you know what's in store.

Happens all the time to people. It happened to my little brother and he's never had a mic and he never messaged anyone. The enforcement team and Microsoft doesn't care about its players or if they are innocent. You'll probably have to get another account
and start all your progress over

To receive a 2 week suspension either means this isn't your first offence or whatever you did was quite severe.

Doesn't matter why or what happened,if you are offensive over live via chat or messages & get reported you will be investigated & action taken if you have broken the rules.

It is a ban imposed for using your communication privileges in an inappropriate way.

I understand where you’re coming from however the Xbox Enforcement Team does not use these forums. Games might be rated M but everything on Live must be rated E. What you said is clearly a violation
of the code of conduct and someone reported you for your rudely behavior. For information about your account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account at https://enforcement.xbox.com



Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
& Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

• Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
