    Incomplete Downloads

    I'm having trouble with Dirt 2. Assassins Creed downloaded fine but Dirt 2 for 3 times has resulted in a corrupt download. I'm gonna wait until this sale is over and see if it works again. It's weird.

    That's why you were charged

    Did you not read the price when you bought the game?

    FYI turn over the card it is clearly stated

    This card is not gold and only offers temporary access to multiplayer

    No full benefits of gold you will have to buy an actual membership

    Trial cards don't offer actual gold only certain modes of multiplayer

    Yes, I'm sure I have got gold, because already got 2 free games for Xbox one.

    As mentioned trials don't count as gold

    If you are talking about the walking dead are you sure it was the full games because there is a trials mode

    And no 14day trials don't count as gold
