im lagging in gta v online

when im playig gta v online i have frame drops im lagging and it kicks me from the session saying connection problem

Hey dimosthenisdimosthenis,

Try unplugging your router from its power source. Wait 45 seconds and then plug then router back in to the power supply. Let all of the lights reappear and then sign back into your console.

Try doing a hard reset of your console and disconnect and reconnect your router.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

You should also power cycle your modem/router at the same time.

Hi,

I recommend you to restart your internet device as well.

Your internet provider could be experiencing outages right now. It should eventually fix itself, these things all ways do I believe.

Parity reccomends a hard reset, which he explained how to do in his reply. I would recommend the same, however if that doesn't work, here are a few other things you can try.

1) Check out Rockstars server status.. https://support.rockstargames.com/servicestatus

2) Talk to rockstar support...

3) Unplug your router/modem for 30 seconds, and plug it back in. (Like a hard reset for your internet)
