    Can't buy anything because XBox keeps showing USD, even though I have logged on and made sure my payment and billing region is UK. Tried to purchase using USD but payment page won't allow because of the state and zipcode field. What needs to be done to make
    this UK?

  2. Serious problem with region setting and unable to amend

    Hello, I have accessed the Payment and Billing and can select the GB account, but it won't save as the default is USD. I can't purchase games from any region as I haven't any payment details set up for the USD account, and I can't set any up as my Paypal
    UK, and I have no US address as I live in the UK.

    In the UK, CEX are known for giving the best value to customers for trade in.

    The US arm of CEX seems to be ripping of their customers compared to the UK arm. As at current exchange rates, the cash price should be $53 USD in cash or $57 USD in store credit

    Purchasing game online?

    If the price is displayed in USD, then it is likely the US version of the online marketplace. Because of this, these downloads probably won't work on your UK Xbox One. You'll want to log into the UK version of the marketplace to download games.

    Payment method not accepted

    Your account was created in Norway but you now live in the UK. If your cards and paypal address are for the UK this is why you are getting the error message.

    You will have to create a new gamertag with a UK address to match the payment info in order for the cards to be accepted.
