I'm in need of serious help!!!

Since the first day I got my Xbox One, I've had this account that goes by the gamertag of "TrulyAmazingOne". This was the account that I've dedicated most of my gaming life to. I've spent thousands of dollars on games and digital
content and had an amazing time for about 2 years. Throughout all that time, I've been banned 7 times for being toxic in games, and I completely understand that. Being toxic and offending people ruins the experience for other players, and that is exactly why
I changed the way I gamed and talked to people, up until this day. Now this is where things get interesting...

One day, during the time I stopped being toxic, one of my friends joined the party and started offending a gay friend I had. I told him to stop, but for some reason he got extremely mad and chose to report me. I didn't really care
much, cause I had done absolutely nothing wrong. But a few hours later... My account got permanently banned... The message I got from the Xbox Enforcement team said that my ban was because of the number of bans I had, and I kept telling them
that the last ban I got is what triggered my permanent ban. The answer I kept getting was that they "thoroughly checked the case" and at the end, the decision on their point was upheld. I spent literally 2 weeks none stop contacting support asking if there
was ANYTHING that I could possibly do, and I only got a no, every time...

Because of one person that got mad while he was offending someone, I lost everything. All the hard work I put in into every game, the limited and exclusive digital content I spent hundreds on, my games (I think I had almost 200,
and all of them digital), all of it gone. I dedicated my life and all my hard earned money into that account... I even made sure after 7 bans to never get banned again. As I said I completely changed the way I gamed because I very well knew something like
this could happen.

Its been around 8 months now, and I still don't have access to my account, not even a single refund. I actually get depressed every time I remember about it... Please, I beg, is there anybody that can help me with this? Literally
anybody? I was limited to how much I could speak to the enforcement team, now I think all I have left is the forums that I've never used before. I don't know if other people have experienced something like this while they are innocent, I hope not at least.
But please, what can I do about this?

Please don't post useless and annoying replies. To answer you question ichuckles, the xbox formatted it which happens every time a flash drive is hooked up to the xbox, it is required for it to be able to read it.

But when I put my stick back in my comp, I still get all the data000 files, so do you think moving all the stuff over to a new stick would work?

 

It was because of one person, YOU. You admit that you have violated the Code of Conduct. Your "friend" could have very easily reported an old message you sent them, as there is no time limitation on the Code of Conduct.

You dedicated your life to playing video games? Sounds a little overboard.

If your account was permanently banned, then all digital content is gone and you will not be getting any refunds.

Actions have consequences.

 

He reported me for using abusive language in the party chat. It is a lie that the enforcement team "thoroughly investigated" it because I did nothing wrong, all I did was to tell him to stop. And yes I do dedicate my life to gaming, allot of people do. I'm
only using straight facts I promise you nothing I said is a lie. I hope you are someone with the mindset the help and not argue.

I have been banned every time I violated the Code of Conduct, which means I've already been punished for what I've done. My permanent banned happened for no reason. They just used my past bans as reference to ban me.

Please I beg if you if you can do anything about my ban I would love it.

 

Investigations take time. Each report is investigated before an enforcement action is taken.

Xbox does not advise you of who made the report or when it was made.

You are not given specifics partly to ensure the privacy and safety of the person making the report.

Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.

 

I wouldn't be here if I didn't follow the "Code of Conduct". I'm someone who accepts punishment if deserved, but in this case, it is not. I'll repeat this over and over, I've done nothing wrong. I don't need to be be advised of who made the report if I already
know it, and no, I am not making an assumption or claim. I 100% know who made the report and why he made it, he even showed me as proof. If literally thousands of dollars worth of content is being taken away from me, I at least need somewhat of a proof from
the enforcement team that they made an investigation. It's almost illegal to do that to someone (maybe it is who knows?).

I'm trying to say that a false investigation has been made, and something has to be done about it. My account has to get unbanned and that is a fact. It is very important to me or else I wouldn't still be trying to take it back after 8 months. My banned
account gamertag is "TrulyAmazingOne"

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here has the ability to unban your account. If you already submitted a case review and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

 

You don't deserve to be on this website, you belong in the YouTube comment section where immature kids argue with each other. I'm asking for help for a serious case and all ur giving me is the rules for the code of conduct that I didn't break
