I can't put in Xbox Live codes or order gold directly from Xbox or website. The culprit seems to be a previously cancelled order that didn't cancel "all the way." So now I have gold without the perks of parties, multiplayer, etc, and can't buy more until
2018. Any fixes?

Xbox One Saying I don't have gold membership.

My gold membership don't work. When I use the 14 day xbox gold it says I already have gold membership, so I'm confused it won't let me play bf4 or FIFA 14 multiplayer a on xbox one. I usually buy 1 month gold just don't know why it's happening to me. Keeps
telling me I got gold but won't let me go on multiplayer a it keeps saying I need gold even when it's telling me I got gold I'm confused?????

Subscriptions & services page is saying that you currently have Gold, and

removing and re-adding your profile on the console doesn't work, you will want to
contact us via phone or chat for further assistance.

It's part of the gold subscription perks. I believe you don't need the gold subscription for the BBC iPlayer application though. It's just how it works I'm afraid.
