I'm in desperate need of help - false reports ruining my rep!

I am a HUGE GoW fan and have been playing since the first ever game. I actually met my current girlfriend on GoW 3. I've loved every game and the entire franchise, and have massively enjoyed what The Coalition have done with Ultimate Edition and number 4.
However I have a huge problem which I desperately need help with, if you can possibly find the time to do so.

I'm sure you've had many requests like this before, but I assure you mine is different to the rest. I first had this problem on my xbox account whilst playing GoW UE, where I would win a lot of games, do really well but I would get abusive messages and get
reported by sore losers. My rep was destroyed and I had to stop playing on the game for months to try and resolve the issue. It took around 2-3 months of playing other games before my rep went back to green.

Now I myself had made numerous comments and posts on this page, and hundreds of people were having the same issue. Obviously this was back when UE was first released and these issues are long ago. My problem now is that it is happening to me again with GoW
4 and on a huge scale. I know a lot of people trash talk or send abusive messages to others, even tbag others, all of whom deserve their reports. Yet I do absolutely none of that, which you will be able to tell if you investigate my account. I have some screenshots
for you of my report card over time using the
Xbox Enforcement | Reputation website to monitor my reports. Now if I were to talk to you about my problems from UE, I would understand most of my reports as I
did use to "Tbag" people, and send messages in with raging hate etc thus leading to my bad rep. However this is NOT THE CASE with GoW 4 as I have not tbagged, not stolen kills, not sent any hate/flame/rage messages, I only ever use my mic to talk in party
chat with friends. The only time I ever used my mic was to talk in game chat to friends who couldn't connect to party chat, that was 1 time. (You'll understand why I'm telling you this in a moment). Now this is an image of my report card, just after playing
GoW UE for a few weeks



This was back around July/August when I was playing Gears of War again in preparation for number 4 coming out. As you can see, my reports were bad, I had a lot for unsporting and cheating, even 6 for voice communications. I had 1 for messaging and 1 for
gamertag. This is all from me being a good player and winning most games. Please don't confuse my words as bragging because I am not a boastful person, I honestly do well in games, I have been playing the game for years and years, of course I'm going to be
good at it!

Now, after just under two weeks of playing GoW 4 this is my report card



As you can tell it is absolutely horrific! My rep went from green to yellow, then to orange, even though on this enforcement page it says green at the top!! Please believe me when I say I am an absolutely fair player, I never instigate hate purposely, I
am a competitive player who plays with a good group of players and wins most games. I don't tbag, I don't send abusive message, I only ever speak to friends using my mic in party chat, I don't steal kills unless by accident, I absolutely do not cheat and I
play to win fairly! However these reports are seriously affecting my rep and I would hate for my rep to go back to red where I am unable to find games again!! I don't understand why good players should be punished by sore losers, making them unable to enjoy
the game they love and the franchise they have played for years! I beg for your help, please investigate my account "" and if possible, reverse the effects that these false reports have had on my reputation! I promise you, I have not sent any
hateful messages or done any "evildoings" to deserve this bad rep! I absolutely love GoW 4 and I play it almost every day with my friends and girlfriend! I would hate for that to be ruined because of sore losers and false reports! So please once again, I am
desperately seeking your help, Xbox support are unable to do anything and you're my last hope! I need a member from the enforcement team to look at this and investigate my account! I have nowhere else to go, I've tried contacting xbox support but they just
tell me to post on the forums here! Please can somebody look into this and try and reverse the effects of these malicious reports? Or at least give me a reason as to why my rep is still going down! Also if these reports were real, I would've had a suspension/ban
which I haven't, therefore my rep shouldn't be affected either! PLEASE HELP!

Here Is something see I'm still good reputation my guess it's people who post on forums about suspensions and don't like the idea that they are investigates and then try to retaliate via pm over xbox live via rep

See people can file all they want invalid reports will only be trashed

People can file false reports all they want the issues isn't them it's Your behaviour as shown here I get false reports yet they don't get any affect on my rep

And I rarely use voice communication so that's pretty much a false report lol its spam reporters 99.9% of live don't have rep problems why can't you

All you need to do is be humab

 

False reports and Hackers

I was recently suspended by Xbox live because someone put a false report on me and I've had no help from anyone and ever since Ive gotten suspended I've been spammed from false accounts and now I just ran into a hacker online and I couldn't do anything about
because I can't message anyone, so I want to know what's the point of Xbox live saftey if I get suspended because someone put false reports on me but yet a hacker can just go around ruining my gaming experience. Can somebody please help because I'm getting
tired of this and I'm blaming this trash called "xbox enforcement" my Gamertag is and I've been a subscriber since early 2011 so if something doesn't get done I might have to sue for false advertisement of safety precautions.

None of that works and it doesn't help! There isn't a way to contact anybody on the enforcement team. Everywhere I go, I just get ushered onto somebody else who tells me they can't help. I'm slowly but surely having my rep destroyed by false reports, and
if I play other games, it'll take weeks if not months to get it back to green again! That isn't fair because I literally jut bought Gears 4 and wanted to play it and it's already ruined my rep. Countless other people are having the same issues!
