I’m in beta and supposed to have the new ‘events’ content block but don’t have it

Hey there, I'm trying to download them from the purchase history screen.

I don’t have any blocked ports on my router.

So basically I have followed the steps again as in the new link you posted and still having issues.

Here is the additional info:

Content: Halo Reach, Fable and Kinect sports.

I don’t receive any error code or message, after download they don’t appear in my games dashboard and in disc drive content they appear with “!” icon.

Account region: America, same as xbox purchase.

Physical region: I’m currently in Macedonia - I recently moved here.

They don’t want to pay the price for the content I’m assuming. It’s a bummer.

I’m still getting the same problem with different codes. I’m starting to wonder if Microsoft expects us to have Game Pass for this open beta on Halo Infinite. 343 industries says it’s free to play and nothing is required. I don’t have Game Pass but I pay for Gold on my profile.

Infinity Ward/ Raven Software/Activision will all hide behind their Beta tag so don’t expect much help. We all know contracts have been a part of Warzone one so our side of the exfil and AI this is nothing new and the Beta tag is a way to side step their premature product while still allowing them to cash grab on battle pass and skins.

I’m actually pretty sick and tired of paid Beta/ prerelease games.

Sorry to hear you are still being charged. If the subscription is definitely not linked to another account, I would speak to Xbox Support who will be able to see what's going on and cancel it for you.
