    would someone plz contact me about this ban I feel we have done nothing wrong at all I hope some emails me and lets me know what I was accused of and from who so it does not happen again and we are not in contact with that person again or account

    Any enforcement actions are handled by the enforcement team at their website enforcement.xbox.com

    You can sign in at that website and see any enforcement actions that are on your account and if eligible you can file for a case review were the enforcement team will reinvestigate your case and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.
