I'm having very bad graphics on Xbox One

I'm having very bad graphics on Xbox One even though I am playing on a HD TV with a HDMI cable, the games and the menu look terrible, I don't have any problems with my Xbox 360 : everything looks perfect when I play with it (I use the same TV for my Xbox
One and my Xbox 360). I set my Xbox One to 1080p and modified a lot of stuff on my TV's settings but it still looks awfull.

My cousin said it runs really good online so I'm gathering it is dedicated servers on Xbox One?

That's not good! Can you provide screenshots or any more information on how bad the graphics are?

I don't know how to screenshot =/ but when I play the letters are a bit blurry and hard to read, the colors and lightning are weird, the texture quality is okay though. As soon as I turned my Xbox One on for the first time, I knew something was wrong. It
make my gaming experience pretty annoying and it's though to play in those conditions. The graphics are worst than on my 360 (I use the same screen for both consoles)

PS : I already contacted the support twice, did what they asked me to do, reset my screen settings and reset my Xbox One

Something like this happened to me the fifirst time. See if this helps you... Go to settings in the tv section and where you choose how the xbox is connected, hdmi, auto... Etc. Choose hdmi and when ur screen goes blurry go to the high def settings rate
above iit where you need to put it on 1080p. My xbox would automatically change it to 720p when I changed the settings from auto to hdmi. See if that helps cause it took me a day or two just to notice it

Sorry for the late reply.... I will try all of these suggested methods, after I will contact if they do not work, as for the other games it's a no, my friends have experienced this too about (4 people so far) and it appears to possibly on robloxs side, Thanks
