Where are you seeing this message?

Can you run the Multiplayer Connection Test in Settings->All Settings.->Network->Networksettings and let us know the result?

Ok. Try to PowerCycle your Console in the following way:

- Press and hold the white Xbox Button on the Console itself until it shuts off completely, Unplug from power for around 2 minutes, replug and restart

and aswell unplug your router for around 30 seconds from power.

Any change after doing that in your situation?

Hi, I have been able to solve this problem but now I have another one.

The NAT is strict and I've tried everything to open ports on the router to change dmz etc, but it did not solve what I can do

For portforwarding you would need to set the Xbox to a fixed IP and apply the port rules to that IP.

For more Info have a look into this: Xbox One Network Ports | Xbox Live Network Ports or ask your Router manufacture for help on
that case.

Second option is to enable UPNP in your router.
