I'm having trouble with my account AND NEED HELP ASAP

alright so recently ( meaning last week ) I purchased an xbox live card for my Kinect xbox 360. Due to my brother having Xbox One we had placed the 360 in storage since it wasn't in use and only took up space, that being said I brought in last
week and decided to buy a game ( black ops 2 ) and an xbox live card ( 3 months gold ) so we had trouble at first connecting the xbox live card with every account on the xbox 360 but finally I have succeeded to connect it with my dads account that we made
years ago. so once we were able to connect it, began to play xbox online for a while to test if it was really installed and it did work. I ended up logging out of black ops and went to download a free demo but since it took to long to download I decided to
go back and play black ops and when I clicked on it to play it froze ... I was absolutely stressed and upset because I had no other choice but to turn it off and back on only to see that I no longer had my xbox live membership connected and it repeadtly said
to redownload the acc in order to gain access to it but I did and I don't remember what email we used or password since my dads account was made a long time ago and I paid $25 for it so it pains me because I work hard to get money and I don't know what to
do

Need Help ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

I forgot the password to my email. So i can't log into my account. I didn't know what to do so i deleted my account because i could no longer access it. The problem is it was set on auto-renewal. i'm completely ok with losing this account thats why i've
made this one. I just want to know since i can't get onto change it. Since i deleted my account off of my xbox 360 did it also end the subscription auto renewal, beacause I dont' want to keep getting charges to my card and end up paying for 2 gold accounts
when im only using one

 

Having trouble with blackops 2

Hi. I've been playing black ops 2 On the 360 for years now. I'm having trouble finding hardcore lobbies for the past week. I've reset my network preferences,my Xbox and my Wi-Fi modem. Nothing seems to be working even when i join my friends
lobby we can't find any lobby available. At first we thought it was the servers now I'm thinking it's my account as a whole. In need of help asap
