    Im Having trouble with buying things, I already added my billing information.


    When I try to buy something with the pre-paid card, it pops up with my billing info for like a few seconds, then it goes to the "Add Billing info" screen. Might this be a bug or glitch? Or is it a problem on my end if so, can you help me fix it. Thanks,

    you have reached your limit in xbox store today,please try again tomorrow?

    I was having the same problem but I had no billing information added to my account, once i put all that in it started to download no problem. I actually fixed while on hold with support

    Your account needs updating to make a deposit

    I am having trouble getting my Xbox Live rewards credits deposited into my Microsoft account. The Xbox Live Rewards page said I needed to update my billing information on my Microsoft commerce account in order to deposit my credits. All my billing information
    is correct and I still keep getting this message with a link to my billing page. I am wondering how this problem can be fixed and appreciate any help on this matter. Thank you.

    oh and have another question ..if you have enough money on your Microsoft account can you buy the game online without adding billing information and credit card information or do you have to have/add those things on to there regardless?

    I can not Transfer my Gamertag to a new Microsoft account.

    I already made a new account and tried to link my current live account to my new microsoft account. Thats when I get that error code i mentioned above. As far as billing, theres no issues. I buy prepaid cards exclusively. And when I try to access my billing
    information, i have to verify that email, but its no longer active. I can tell im just boned here. Thanks anyways for the tips.
