    Hello, whenever I try to put my account has my Home Xbox it gives me a error code 0x80bd003e can anyone help me?

    i do see animal emojis still

    bottom left of the keyboard there are arrows to see different pages of emojis

    Well you can access your emojis by pressing LT not holding, that might be it. If not you may have a faulty controller, to check it, I'd suggest using LT on games or apps. If any of this doesn't work I'd suggest hard resetting your Xbox by holding the power
    button for about 5-6 seconds.

    I'm having trouble with a game.

    You'll have to purchase it if you want to continue playing. As already stated, that game has never been a games with gold title. It will be free to play again this month, the 15th-20th.
