I'm having trouble figuring out how to stream to my phone

could you tell us exactly what issue your having, any errors or what is happening

also having a little trouble figuring out how to get smartglass to work properly.

You can reset by:

1) Go to System Settings > Console Settings

2) Make a note of the Console Serial number under System Info

3) Go to Memory and press Y

4) Select Format (Make sure you don't leave anything you don't want to be deleted on the console.)

5) Enter Serial Number, and you should be good!

Note: this will not delete your accounts so you should have no issues getting them back from the cloud.
