I’m having trouble downloading a game

I’m able to buy and download games but I’m not getting the option to install my games. When I go to the manage screen, I keep getting a message that says “we’re having trouble finding your stuff”. I’m not given the option to install or uninstall the games.

I’ve tried everything the first troubleshooter suggests.

The second one doesn’t apply, because I’m not having trouble with updates. And I’m not trying to download the game, I’m trying to install it from a disc.

I guess I’m just gonna have to try buying a new copy and see if that works.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues downloading games. We recommend to update your billing information. Try updating the billing address first. You may need to add a credit/debit card even though they are free. Try these and let
us know.

If you're on a child account, you'll need to make the purchase from a 360 console. Otherwise, make sure you have a credit card or Paypal on file to make the purchase.
