I'm having three problems at the moment

See, I recently bought an Xbox One, so I'm interested in getting back on Xbox Live (I have been playing with some friends, in fact). Here's the deal:

1) Some years ago when I first bought my Xbox 360, I made my gamertag "afredo094" (as I usually do). For some reason, I then made a second one, with the gamertag "alfredo194" (the one I'm currently posting one). After all these years, I decided to keep "alfredo094"
as my screen name (that seems the be almost always available for some reason) and it has been a headache to do this changes, 'cuz I changed the former account's gamertag and I STILL couldn't change my latter account's gamertag to "alfredo094". I looked up
"alfredo094" and it DID brought up a GT, but it has suspiciously little achievements and suspiciously similar games to back when I bought my 360 some years ago.

2) I was using two e-mails for online stuff, and not too long ago I standardised all my accounts to the current e-mail I'm using. The problem is that my former account (the one I never used). Problem is, since Microsoft has merged with Hotmail (or bought
it, I really don't know), I can no longer find a way to switch what gamertag my e-mail is associated with, and my Google searches leave me in my Microsoft account.

3) There's a friend that frequently comes over at my house to play (we play a ton of Halo), and he made a mistake while typing his password and now he can't log in his account on another devices. Xbox One prompts to "fix this on the web" and my laptop doesn't
let it access it either. We tried resetting his password, following all the steps, and an e-mail was supposed to go at my account to verify if it was reset (we used my e-mail as backup), but that e-mail was never sent. We've tried resetting his password about
two or three times, but the e-mail never arrives.

Gears 3 Matchmaking problems

I'm having the same problems at the moment as well! Can't connect to either Horde or Beast modes!

THIS is actually the new account, not the one which originally made this thread. This is "" and the OP is "alfredo094". I get confused sometimes due to the e-mails.
