Im having the same problem over and over i cant play minecraft and cant download minecraft too

Please check Windows updates by going to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Windows Update."

Click "Check for updates" and install any pending updates. Restart your computer afterward.

And then reset the Microsoft Store cache. To do this, press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.

Type wsreset.exe and press Enter. This will reset the Microsoft Store cache.

Next is to reinstall the Microsoft Store. Open PowerShell as an administrator.

Run the following command:

Get-AppxPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Restart your computer and try downloading Minecraft again.

Then make sure that your system's date and time are correct. Go to "Settings" > "Time & Language" > "Date & Time" and enable "Set time automatically."

After that is run the Windows Store troubleshooter. Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Troubleshoot."

Select "Additional troubleshooters" and run the "Windows Store Apps" troubleshooter.

Once done, open the Microsoft Store, sign out of your account, and then sign back in. This can refresh your account credentials.

its been a over a month and i still have the same problem i bought minecraft bedrock edition on my but i cant get java

Im having the same problem!!?? I get billed on the 15th and It went through, but now I cant even watch Netflix or play Minecraft Ect....

im having the problem now i bought a game it goes to 1 percent to 0 percent over and over again then it says cant download

this is not true at all. im having a problem where 2 minecraft accounts are under the same email and i cant seem to recover 1 of them.
