2.0 USB External Hard drive KO after the last update

After the last update my external hard drive doesn´t work! Always it worked without problems. I have read in a few forums and I´m not the only one user with this problem.

If you aren't seeing the game available for purchase, that would indicate that the game is not available in your region. Where are you physically located currently? Knowing that will help us see if the game is available or not.

I have done everything I can to download it but it just doesn"t work. My gold membership is on my nephew account (he is not 18). And it would not let me download. It ask to buy it on xbox one , but that also doesn"t work. I don"t have a xbox360 .What options
are their left?

latest update....tried "old" white xbox... works without a problem! new xbox still doesn`t work. just says no signal! i think if i don`t get it sorted i`ll be buying a new one!
