I'm having problems with Black ops 4

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with that problem when trying to load up and play Black ops 4.

Are those problems happening with every game you have or Only BO4?

I'm asking this because recently there was some reports of a Black Ops 4 update having issues with the xbox one x, and activision released a patch to fix crashes and other problems. Check if there is any update available for Black Ops 4. If this problem are
happening only with BO4, I recommend you contact Activision to inform the problem so they can release another patch to fix those issues.

Games like Halo 4 or Black Ops 2 have a mute button, too that will solve the problem.

I'm having the exact same problem for Black Ops 1.

Maybe the problem is that Black Ops 4 is new game and servers are being fully occupied. And if you have slow connection you can get disconnected. If you do not have problems in any other games, maybe try to contact black ops support on their forum. Or
follow instructions of other members.
