    Difficulty in redeeming my gold card

    I have difficulty in redeeming my 3 months Gold card I received when I bought the xbox one. It constantly tells me something went wrong whilst processing

    Can't redeem trial code?

    I'm having trouble redeeming an xbox live trail code. After I enter it, it says it's valid but after I click submit it says "something went wrong" and won't activate. What's going on?

    I bought a "Xbox 360 3 Months Membership Live Gold Worldwide" code but every time i try and redeem it it says "Sorry something went wrong try again later" and under it "Xbos 1005" this was 2 weeks (!!!!) ago and its still not redeeming. Does anyone know
