Im having issues with my xbox live gold and im not suspended nor am i banned

Is there any chance that the xbox is banned not that i dont have xbox live gold or does it come up with another message if im banned?

its been 4 days i really hope im not permanent banned but it never said permanent banned it said you have been suspended from xbox live please help i didn't do nun

hi my gamertag is JakeIsATryHard you guys suspended me until the 16th for no reason it happened the same time last month and this is ridiculous and stupid a hacker got mad at me and told me he would get my account banned by spamming it with reports and it
obviously worked i have not used mods and or hack my intire xbox career nor have i tryed to play with "hackers or modders" i would very much like my account to be un suspended because i am tired of coming home from work and seeing this stupid suspension for
no apparent reason respond soon because im about ready to go back to play station this never happend on there and by the way im not sure thats it legal to listen in on my conversations thats invasion of privacy

that page goes to bans from xbox live " My LIVE account was suspended"

It's neither a ban from nor a connecting to live problem but it is a LIVE problem and the bans page requyires a mod to view the post before I get any help/advice

Im not trying to find personal information. Im just would like to know if this person has been suspended from xbox live. Before I accept him as a member. I do not wont someone in my clan if they have been suspended from xbox live. that means that would put
me and my members in danger.
