    I'm having issues with gameshare and need help please!


    I got this new xbox one s and my sister has a normal xbox one . I wanted to share my live gold and games. I looked at the steps online on how to do it everything went ok we where both gamesharing at first but then we where having issues when i made my account
    home on my xbox it would make my account on the other xbox not home account and now its saying i got to wait one year.

    I did everything it said online to do if my account is on home then my friends can use my games and live gold but it was only letting me do it on one xbox and its says up to 3 xbox ones to gameshare???

    Can someone help please!!

    buy the game like the rest of us, game sharing like your doing is market place theft, it is for the convenience of those who own 2 consoles.

    This sounds like you did it right the first time and were sharing, but then you changed your "Home Xbox" again? It sounds like you changed it because the Xbox you play on was not your Home Xbox? If that is right, you may not understand how it works and it
    is a bit confusing.

    This might help. You can only have one Home Xbox tied to your account. You can assign any Xbox to be your Home Xbox, but when you do that it will automatically un-assign any other Xbox that was your Home Xbox. If you intend to share with someone else, you
    must assign the Xbox they use as your Home Xbox and assign the Xbox you will play on as their Home Xbox.

    There are certain exploits that people can use with this system, since the Xboxes in question don't need to be on the same network or even in the same location, so re-assigning an Xbox as your Home Xbox can only be done 3 times per year. I'm not sure where
    you heard that game sharing can be done with 3 Xboxes. I did a quick search and my results found that it can only be done across 2 consoles. In any case, you could try contacting MS and explaining that you didn't understand how it worked and they may (it's
    up to their discretion) reset the console you prefer to be your Home Xbox for you.
