Hello Manuela, the steam deck is the only device that I’ve used for cloud gaming and I am not using a vpn or anything similar on the steam deck. I’ve just tried going onto Xbox cloud gaming with the steam deck connected to a personal hotspot and I’m getting the same message and I set up cloud gaming using the article you have linked.

Okay so if i just connect to xbox live and stay on the dashboard all my save game files will be uploaded to the cloud automatically even if i don’t play them while i’m connected?

I have already also done all of the troubleshooting steps you listed above before creating this post.

The HyperX Cloud 2 headset functions the same way. You receive audio, but microphone doesn’t activate in game chat. I’ve also tried2 other controllers, and they work just fine.

I’ve reset the controller numerous times, same issue. I’ve reset nearly everything actually, still no change. The Logitech G Pro X is perfectly compatible with the Xbox.

I’m at a bit of a loss as to what to do next. Everything works except for the Series 2 controller.

I’ve ordered a new router anyway now so I’m hoping that will solve the issue but yes it would be worth while testing it without that connected

Hello, to cut to the point I would like to use a keyboard and mouse to play games on Xbox cloud gaming. When I load into multiple different games, neither my keyboard, nor mouse work in-game. But everything works fine in the menu (like when I’m choosing the game, searching, etc.) I’ve tried looking into the settings of the games but I think its some sort of connection issue. (I’m testing this with IOS and Windows) Can anyone help?
