I'm having issues with backwards compatibility both, technically and personally

Issue 1 (Play-ability): This has only started happening recently but all of the games that are backwards compatible for the xbox one seem to be performing worse than usual and it's VERY noticeable. At first nothing was really wrong until recently when the games frame rates have started dropping at an alarming and frequent rate, choppy audio included, and make the games very annoying to play, and in others minds unplayable. At first I thought it was just the one game I was playing being that it was one I hadn't played before but then I tried some other ones and they were all having the same problem. It looked like and felt like a bad emulator.

Issue 2 (Purchasing): You can not buy backwards compatible games as gifts. It seems that you can only by Xbox One games and expansions as gifts, but not 360, or original xbox, or micro transactions as gifts. You can not add backwards compatible games to your xbox one wishlist. AND you can not buy backwards compatible games with Microsoft rewards/giftcards/Microsoft account money on the xbox one, but still can on the 360.

Issue 3 (Storefront confusion): The backwards compatibility list has been taken off the xbox store catagories. Now you can only see, highest rated, top selling, most played, top free, etc. (It's like trying to look up something on the internet and you're bombarded by a bunch of unhelpful top ten articles) I've always had a problem with the store having a very sales driven layout. It's impossible for people to discover new experiences through older, under selling, or underrated classics. A gamer might find their favorite game in the rabble that most might consider not very good. Now in order to find any of those, the person would have to know what their looking for, type it in, and search for it themselves, or scroll through a bottomless list of titles filled with a jumble of games coming from xbox and pc, indie and on demand.
I've always been a fan of the 360s store layout, dated yes, but I always had an easy time finding new games to play, by searching through As Bs or Cs, or by genre, and all the games were seperated by indie, arcade, and on demand. It was organized.

Final issue: Less of a technical thing more of a personal worry, on top of the backwards compat list being taken down form the store, and the option to vote for backwards compat games. There has been a decrease or rather a slow down of backwards compatible releases, haven't seen any in a while and haven't seen any news of any new ones either.

I'm hopeful all these issues are known and the reason for half of them is a Back Compat overhaul...Any way thank you for taking the time to read, if you did.
