    Actually you were misinformed as no one on the forums can help with enforcement actions either.

    However, please try deleting your gamertag then power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. After that redownload your gamertag and see if that helps.

  3. I'm having issues with communications

    My Communication ban was lifted but I still cannot communicate with friends or anybody. I also went to my enforcement history and to verify that the ban was lifted. I cannot apply for a case review either. I was hit with a communication ban and then two
    days later a harassment ban which didn't allow me to play multiplayer. Both bans show they have been lifted. I can finally play multiplayer but still cannot communicate which is weird since I received the communication ban first. Communication ban was set
    to be lifted 7/11/17 at 5:30pm. The harassment ban was successfully lifted on 7/12/17 9:06 pm. I've tried everything and also called support. The instructed me that this was was my best bet to solve my problem since the enforcement team doesn't have a direct
    line of contact. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!! I play games that involve extreme teamwork and communication!

    We're not able to issue any type of refund or assist with billing issues over the forums. You'll need to speak with the chat/phone teams for help with that. What is the error message and error code you see while playing the game? Can you share a picture
