    @collins question are you using Virgin or sky broadband?

    If so that's your issue

    The hub they use have issues

    I tried all ways.. through account , xbox one and games ... but i still cant download GOW 1 and 3 using prepaid codes in Singapore

    To clarify, are you having issues redeeming your Gears of War 3 code as stated in the title, or are you still in need of Gears of War codes?

    If you're having problems redeeming Gears of War 3, please post back the error code you receive so we can look further into the issue.

    Cannot download Gears 1 and 3 codes

    Same issue for me. I have been able to redeem codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement, but haven't been able to redeem Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3. I also tried in microsoft.com/redeem with my Xbox associated account and didn't work either.

    Could someone advise on how to proceed further?

    Question: A "Gears of War 1" Code is attached to the Gears of War 4 boxed versions for the german market (The boxes with the gigantic red USK18 logos on the cover".

    Why is Microsoft doing this, if the GoW 1 Code is not redeemable in Germany?

    Having the same issue with Gears of War 3, I redeemed a code that came with my Xbox One X Gears 5 bundle, I don't even see it on my order history nor do I see the order history for Gears of War 2 but that seems to be fine, only noticed a few minutes ago
    when I saw the Game Pass logo on Gears of War 3.

    Gears of war collection codes are not working

    UPDATE: tried to redeem the codes from a different account on the xbox and here are the results

    -Codes for Gears of war 2 and judgment Works fine

    -Codes for Gears of war 1 and 3 still dont work with the same error

    checked the forums and found many have the same problem(GOW 2 and judgment works fine and GOW1, 3 do not), so i think it is a problem from microsoft side
