I'm having issue launching Forza Horizon 5

I have this issue for over a month I can't launching Forza Horizon 5, I've uninstalled and reinstall the game, but nothing have changed, I verified the game files, but that didn't fixed, I remember a few months ago there was an update that have make the game worse.

Just to let you know my wid & programs are up to date.

Did you acquire the game through Steam platform or Xbox/Windows platform?

It's possible that there are some 3rd party programs or services that may be causing the issue. You could try to disable them by performing a clean boot.

Thank you for replying to my issue.

I have the game on Xbox game pass, in Xbox app, after the last a few updates the game has become worse

even the Forza servers are not available.

I believe I'm not the only one who have this issue.

my pc is very clean

all my apps & games are form official stores

guess what? Forza horizon 4 is working just fine.

I've spend a lot of time in FH5 I don't wanna start all over again.

I have this error when I try to launch Forza Horizon 5 and Flight Simulator. Launch Xbox app is fine.

This issue start at first time launch. I never play Forza and flight sim in my life.

Im having the exact same issue as him, the only difference is that this problem has been going on for me since Forza Horizon 5 launched. I'm able to play any other game, including previous Forza Horizon titles online with no issues but Forza Horizon 5 seems to be different in some way. I've heard from some people that certain internet providers are the reason for this, since only people who have these internet services are the ones experiencing this problem, but it seems strange to me considering every other game is playable online so I don't know if there is anything us players can do on our end to fix this.
