I'm having an issue with Ori and the Blind Forest Definitive Edition.

I bought Ori and the Blind Forest Definitive Edition on sale when it was the big Summer Games sale a month ago, and I had it just sitting on the backburner and didn't download it as I was busy with other games at the time like Hollow Knight, I recently
just wrapped that game up and all the DLC so I was finally up to tackling Ori and the Blind Forest.

I got the game to start downloading and I noticed something was off, when it started downloading it didn't start downloading the Definitive edition despite that was the only tile I had available to select, it began to download the default game with the blue
background, instantly I was a bit suspicious or wondering why...but didn't really question it figuring it may just be a minor bug that will wrap up, well when I came back later and it had finished I now had the strange issue of having two tiles now in my Ready
to Play section for Ori, the default game and Definitive edition....I tapped Definitive naturally as I wanted the extra content version I paid for during the sale...and it just kept telling me "Something must be wrong with the app"...and on the other hand
it was treating the game like it still needed to download on the Definitive Edition...so I went to hit download on that one...and instead it just stalls...says "Installing...".....and will wait awhile, before it just stops and says "Stopped" and the notification
will ping up "Installation Stopped"...it'll start itself up again and do it repeatedly again and again until I manually stop it.

I can play the base game tile, that one functions and loads up, but I don't want the base game, I bought the Definitive and want to play it, I've been trying for a lot of time now trying to get in contact with a real person, expert or specialist but nobody
is accepting me or speaking when I reach through to them, I'm not sure what the issue is, I've tried many of the troubleshoots and error solutions but none of it helps.
