I’m having an issue with my Xbox uploading achievements

Just a quick note to let you know that you're not alone. Over the past few days, I've experienced this issue, and I've noticed comments from others who have described the same thing.

For what it's worth, I just checked my achievements today on the Xbox app and the achievement values on my profile seem to have corrected. It's possible that it's just a server-side issue. If so, it may take a little time for the fix to get to everyone.

Well i’m glad i’m not the only one having the issue

I’m having the same issue, bought it yesterday evening (Nov. 16th) for my kids on their account for their Xbox Series S, achievements pop up on screen but I get the same “achievements not supported error” when trying to view, and can’t even view the game on my Xbox Phone companion app.

I tried installing it fresh on my Xbox Series X, same issue. I tried uninstalling and re-installing on their Series S, same issue.

I noticed the issue at the moment I received the achievement «Challenge Accepted» on August 12, 2022. I saw the notification popped up on the screen but did not receive any points.

The achievement image is shown in the game stats section of the dashboard. However, it seemingly does not count as it displays only 39/46 achievements completed. In the list of game achievements though it shows that I have unlocked 40/46 achievements.

I’m having the same issue, but with the achievement “The Rabbit Hole”. I clearly remember completing this world and sealing the keyhole in Wonderland, but it still says its a Locked Achievement.
