I'm having an issue with my Xbox One where whenever I go to the Home screen

I'm having an issue with my Xbox One where whenever I go to the Home screen and hit right on the d-pad where I can go through my messages and friends list for ~15 seconds but then it freezes and the only way to fix this is by hitting the home button again.
The issue is I can't even check most my messages or even stay in a party chat.

Unable to keep connection

I'm having a problem with my Xbox One where whenever I join a party it will kick me out of the party after I close out the party tab on the side of the screen is there anyway I can fix this or is it just a issue with my console?

xbox one media remote

I use an xbox one media remote to access and use apps on my xbox one. The issue i'm having is when i'm inside an app like vudu or netflix, i can't figure out how to exit out of the app to back to the xbox home screen. I tried the menu buttons, but they
didn't work. so does anyone know how to use the xbox one remote to exit out of an app and go back to the xbox home screen?

Try doing a hard reset on your Xbox (Hold down Power button on the console until it completely shuts off). Hope this helps!

I'm not going to say if it did or didn't work but right now it is working after I cleared my cache. Thank you for your help IMG Stormychill.

Also another issue I'm having is on a second xbox one where it says syncing data whilst on the don't overexert yourself screen. It then takes a while to sync (or so it appears) and then goes into a black screen. I then have to use xbox home button to exit
out. I also retried this by cancelling on the sync screen and then selected stop syncing but this time it reset to the home screen.

What happens if I don't live near one? I'm stuck on the factory reset console setup screen and whenever my connection states it's good it just reverts back to the step before it. If it tries to update through the initial setup then something will go wrong
with the update. I'm stuck in a loop. I can't get back to the home screen/dashboard anymore.

I am having an issue whenever I play a game on my new xbox one where the bottom left corner of the screen seems to be cut from the rest of the game, as if it is offset. So when I'm running etc it kind of looks like a mirror in the bottom left , I think your
issue is the same maybe you right that it's lagging. How did you resolve it?
