Im having an issue signing up for xbox ambassador

Hi, I've signed up for xbox ambassador couple days ago, and it says that Im an ambassador, but when I go to question bank I click on a question and it says i need to sign up, the same issue happens when I click on academy. Could someone from the support
team please help me out.

ok so Im eligible to be and ambassador and a part for the great new idea of enforcement beta how ever i have come across an issue when applying to be an ambassador where it comes up with this issue

Everyone is still having issues with the site now. Best advice is to give it a couple of days. With the update and the huge influx of users trying to apply, it's going to take a minute to get everything back together.

 

Please contact one of the Misters and let them know what is happening.

 

It can take some time before you're added. If you haven't been added by the end of the weekend then send a pm to either Mister Fitzer, Mister Fizzle or Zak TwoPunch. You can send a pm by finding one of their posts on the forums and clicking the envelope
icon underneath it.

 

I have emailed two of the xbox support team, and non has replied. I been getting the same message the past couple of days
