I'm having Achievement unlocking issues

    I'm having Achievement unlocking issues


    I've been playing Halo 2 MCC and completed the game on legendary. I didn't get any achievements for completing the missions or game on Legendary. There are roughly 18 achievements I earned and didn't get. I've replayed several missions in an attempt to unlock
    the achievements. It has been over 72 hours, I've removed and redownloaded my profile on my Xbox One, and did a full power cycle. Still no Halo 2 achievements. I've contacted Xbox Live Support and they couldn't solve my issue and told me to contact the achievement
    ambassadors on the forums. My claim number is SR#1309948151. Can someone please help me unlock these achievements?

    Hey Johnnie, sorry to hear about the issues with achievements! I'm afraid I'm a little unclear--are you having issues unlocking or achievements, or viewing those achievements once they're unlocked?

    Achievement Counters Not Working

    I just started having issues with achievements not unlocking. Should have gotten the silver daily challenge achievement, but the counter remained at 9 / 10.

    Also having issues with Mahjong achievements not unlocking.

    There is no such thing as an "achievement ambassador".

    Do you own a smart phone? Sometimes, when there are issues with achievements not unlocking, you can check on Smartglass and it will say "Done Unlocking", meaning you've done what's required for the achievement, it is just stuck in a queue.

    Hi there,

    The Xbox Live Support probably references to Xbox Live Ambassadors who are specialized in the field of Achievements. Although almost all achievements should be unlocked in the case your console is connect to Xbox Live and you meet all requirements necessary,
    in some cases it takes up to 24h to verify that you indeed met these requirements. This can be due to a Xbox Live service alert and the achievement queue not being cleared correctly. You should probably wait a day and check again, if still nothing has changed
    after your restarted your game check back here and perhaps we can find other problems.
