I'm having a problem with the app cramping on the xbox

Hello Bb2kn, do not know what would be your operating system, Win 10 or 11, and this freeze only happens with this App or with some other program?

Also, have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, because recently came out the latest update to Windows 10 and 11?

Updates are often seen as optional, Microsoft released major fixes this week, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed.

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

1. On your PC, go to Xbox.com and select Sign in. If there are problems with your account, the instructions will help you solve them. If you can't get past the login screen, select Forgot my password and follow the instructions.

2. If that didn't work, select Home button > Settings > Time & language. Under date & time, make sure the Set time automatically setting is turned on. Open time and language settings

3. If neither of those options work, select Start button > Settings > Accounts, then find the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select Delete. Then go back to the Xbox app and sign in with the Microsoft account you just deleted (Open Settings).

FPS Freaks will most definitely cause more cramps. They make you more accurate but extend the reach you have to make with your thumbs, therefor adding to the problem. Just get a racquetball or
tennis ball and when you start to cramp up, use those as a stress ball.

I'm a university student cramped into small bedrooms.

I cannot use the Kinect if I had one so I'll have to wait.

Yes, that is one of my big problems with the Playstation controller. It is way too small. In fact, my hands cramp up faster than yours, especially if I'm playing a game where I'm constantly pressing a particular button (like the gas button for a racing game).
