I'm having a hard time receiving messages from Xbox specifically. One of my friends sent me something and it's been more than an hour since he got it for me. I'm not sure what's going on. I will try hard resetting my console, just to see if that helps. What can I do if hard resetting my console doesn't work?

Don't worry we will fix this together. Please make sure you can sign in all your profiles. Let's try to restore the console back to factory defaults but we will select keep my games and apps so it won't remove your games and progress.

Please follow the steps here:

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Settings

- Select System

- Select Console info & updates

- Select Reset console

- Select Keep Games and Apps

After this, you will have to sign in again with your email and password. Then please check if there's any changes. Thanks!

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

I'm not sure about specific offers but I am a 1 star VIP and 58% of the way to the next level. I have not received any points for purchases throughout the month

When you try to download it onto your Xbox, what error is it giving specifically? I'm sorry, I am just having a hard time following what error is occurring specifically.

I did say I had ''this'' message, well that was a mistake.

I was trying to say ''I received message's from LIVE many times for many other reasons''

Could you be more specific on what you're saying here. I'm not really understanding what this is referring to. Are you saying you're getting an error every 3-4 times you launch a game? And could you detail the exact message and how you received it? Was it a windows error window? A message from the Microsoft Store app? A message form the Xbox app?

And have you looked into your SSD and HDD? Did you check the event viewer? Have you checked CPU usage when the error occurs?
