Im having 2 problems with Minecraft in general

To clarify, the screenshot is from the Xbox App, correct? On the Xbox App, we can install games from there even if we don’t own them. To validate our license for the game, we need to check the order history.

Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and locate the order transaction for the game, you should see the order stated as “completed”.

this is not true at all. im having a problem where 2 minecraft accounts are under the same email and i cant seem to recover 1 of them.

im having the same damn problem. microsoft needs to figure this out. and ive decided if im going to buy a new generation system im getting the PS4 im not dealing with xbox problems anymore

Updates often seen as optional, Microsoft released major fixes this week, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed.
