Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums! I understand you’re attempted to buy Minecraft but having difficulties doing so. Just to specify, are you attempting to purchase it directly from the Microsoft Store? If so, please review your payment options to ensure that it’s still up to date. To do this, you will have to;

1) Open the Microsoft Store app
2) Navigate to the top right corner and click on the three dots
3) From the drop down, select “Payment Options”
4) A new browser will be opened up for you, login, and you should be able to confirm payment methods from there.

Additionally, I would contact your bank just to confirm that there’s no blocks on the card you’re attempting to use.
