    Ok, I have been off Xbox for a while.

    Today i have looked at my transactions, and to my shock, I have been charged 3 months in a row for 1 month gold renewals. I do/did not purchase any previous subscriptions or I never purchase my Xbox Live Gold online, I buy them and use a prepaid code.

    However, I did have a card stored on my account for online purchases of games and other applications, and WITHOUT my permission, Xbxx has set my account to auto renewal and use for card for this. This is totally unacceptable since I have not ever bought
    Xbox Live Gold with my card and so the auto renewal should not be affected.

    This is my card, my property. I could understand IF i did purchase my Gold using my card and the auto renewal to be flick on, but the fact remains I never have and the system has been turned on, without my permission ONLY because I have a card stored on
    the account.

    So goodbye Xbox, I'm not a fan of a system that takes my money and uses it how it likes without my permission. This has been the 2nd time Xbox has decided they think they can use my card how they like.

    Disgusting.

    My hard drive has failed and wiped its self into a storage device

    I'm afraid not. Once your saves are gone then they are gone for good.

    Have you had the opportunity to chat with Microsoft support to see if they can look into what happened?
