    Xbox needs to get it together, where does freedom of speech take place in when your playing this game. I should have the freedom to tell someone off when I want to, I'm the one that spent 500$ on the game not you so how are you going to ban me for saying
    what I want to say when I'm the one putting money in your pocket by even buying this console in the first place. XBOX NEEDS TO FIX THIS and they wonder why everyone has a ps4 instead of an xbox why the absolute heck would they make an enforecement team??????
    its already bad enough that the system alone has problems but then they have to add a team where if you say something or type something they don't like they can just ban you for 2 weeks? makes no sense to me. can one of you from the enforecement team unban
    my account. I told them that someone was on my account without permission doing all of these bad things and they still think its ok to leave me with a ban that's not even my fault. what lesson is this going to teach by giving me a ban that I didn't do what
    is the point of it please tell me. I think xbox needs to make a poll whether we want the enforcement team or not because I swear I'm going to take this console back up to game stop in a garbage bag where it belongs and get it traded In for a ps4 Im going to switch to ps4 if xbox keeps this up :)

    All im trying to do is play destiny but it keeps coming up saying that same message. The only game i can get to work is Battlefield 1. I am getting real irritated and thinking about going to PS4. If this keeps happening i am going to switch platforms.

    The xbox gaming community has its rules explained in the Code of Conduct which you accepted when you signed for xbox live.

    If you have filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld there nothing else you can do just read the Code of Conduct and make sure to respect it in the future.

    Freedom of speech does not apply to xbox live & it's exactly the same on PSN although you do tend to get more second chances on xbox live.

    You can find out information about any enforcement action on your account by going to the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/home where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    Report & block anyone you encounter on xbox live being abusive.Don't respond to them.

    What is the point of all these xbox fanboys?? Im going ps4 as well, when one company screws up, we have the choice of something else.. You can bet there are alot more people switching from xbox to playstation, as apposed to switching from PS to xbox..
    You should never be loyal to a company who is not loyal to you.
