I'm tired of waiting I've been doing that for more then a week either you do something or I want a refund of everything I have on my account you guys aren't doing your job at all my communication ban should be gone since the 1st of October so why can I not
talk and don't give me that trouble shooting cap I did all those and still nothing so fix it or refund me

I'm fed up at this point as well... I don't know what else to do. They already took my money, banned me, and now I can't even used my account how it is intended too. How do we make this a bigger thing where they can't just ignore our more than reasonable
request to have a properly functioning account that we've devoted time and money to?
