Hi all,

I ended up setting up a child account for him with a new email. I'm getting problems though when I try to access the XBox settings. (See below)

When I access the settings on Chrome, I can see the following setting; however, he still cannot add friends in Minecraft. Does anyone know other settings that override this?





There's a link:

with the URL:

https://account.xbox.com/settings

When I click on that, it resolves to:

https://account.xbox.com/en-ie/settings

At this point I get the error:

The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to account.xbox.com.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

I'm on Firefox 89.0 and accepting cookies, what else can the problem be?

Which device/platform are you using to play the game?
Did you just create your Microsoft account? Be sure to set up your Xbox account first via https://account.xbox.com/Profile.
