    I'm getting the message "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com....


    Hi,

    I am getting this message when I try to purchase a game from the Microsoft store from my xbox one.

    I have a live subscription, I am well over 18 and the setting are set to unrestricted, and there is a credit card on the account. How can this be fixed. Please help.

    I'm getting the message "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox."

    Can't purchase free gold game. Your account is unable to make this type of purchase

    There seems to be no solution to this problem if a child account is the one with Xbox Live Gold and you don't have an Xbox 360.

    The parent account does not have the ability to get the Xbox Live Gold game for free.

    The child account gets the message "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com".

    Keep in mind a lot f games wit gold is region locked so

    If you get invalid payment you must update the payment method

    So I'm. Not sure what you hoped to accomplish

    Xbox 360 games are tend to be region locked and it requires you to be physically there to get it

    Unlike using your actual country which would Garentee you can get al the games
