I'm getting the message "Achievements aren't supported"

Ive been having thisProblem with Achievements not unlocking

I've been playing the Xbox 360 version of rdr1 on my Xbox one X (its backwards compatible) and I've just completed "The Assault on Fort Mercer" in the first Red dead redemption but the achievement has not unlocked.

I also completed the Twin Rocks hideout which is ⅓ of the "Austin Overpowered" achievement and it isn't showing 33% completed

It seems to be be only rdr1

In the xbox guide menu, its showing "achievements not supported"

I accidentally enabled a cheat the other day but I did not save and immediately reloaded, so I know thats not the cause, please could someone help me

Thank you for your response. Can you check if you have any enforcements: Enforcement history | Xbox Support

Download the Xbox app from your mobile device and see if achievements appears there or not.

I've tried all of that including uninstalling and reinstalling but I'm still having the same problem

The "cheats" are part of the game, a feature, there's a menu, I didn't use any external mods.

I didn't get a reset though, just the lock. Do you think it's the same problem?

As long as you activate cheat on RDR you wont get achievements.
