    sorry you will have to pay to change your name you only get a name change if it violates the rules (yours does not) and even if you did you would get a random name that you would have to pay to change anyway. just report those who harass you then block
    communications with them and if that is not enough set your profile to friends only so only those on your buddy list can communicate with you.

    I've never seen you on the forums but if you are getting hate messages on the forums then pm one of the moderators & they will look into it.

    They have the letter M next to thier gamercard level instead of a number.
