A year ago i attempted to figure out why my points were not being deposited in my account. It always says my account needs attention, at one point I was told it was an issue on xbox's end and to be patient they will fix it. Nothing was done
and i have over 300,000 points that i cannot access. For the first time I am pissed at how brutal support has been on this issue, always had good service besides this issue. Would love to get this taken care of asap please. Tell me what needs to be done to
fix my account to be able to recieve my points

Well, I've finally reached my breaking point. I can't continue to keep playing with these randoms. I'm sick of being walked over by Medics when I know they have slappy paddles and I'm sick of asking for ammo when I know there's support nearby. My gamertag

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
Since the database containing user billable accounts is outside the control of our program, this is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear,
this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience that
this delay is causing. We are investigating alternative methods that we can use under our own control, but a permanent resolution will have to come from this other team.
