Im getting reported because of lies and people just not liking me

i been wondering why in my past two years of having xbox one why am i finally geting communication banned just because people say i suck and that im so annoying there reporting me i do not think its fair unless they have the prove they need to report some
one not just because of hatred if you can get back to me and help me solve this problem

The problem with the report system...

It really frustrates me that people are alowed to report somebody for not liking them. A few days ago I was playing overwatch and just because i choose a character people don't agree with, all of the 5 people reported me. And now i cant find a match or have
to wait a long time. PLEASE Xbox remove this, or make it better.

harassment

getting harassed on xbox live on Nhl 14 by gamer tag of [Mod Removed - No naming and shaming!] these people are calling me down. telling other people lies to hate on me. calling me names. telling lies. telling other people lies about
me. I buy this game to enjoy it and I get this in return. it not right. it not fair. I don't know these guys. not fair to me

im getting the one because the ps4 just like the ps3 is filled with lies, it looks more powerful on paper but the xbox will perform better.

reading all the posts here im getting the feeling we have all been lied to.

wouldn't be surprised if this ends up in court because i don't think anyone has reported that they have received their credit.

What I'm saying is it's not like Hes doing it on purpose, and trying to make people mad, he's just an unskilled player, and now I'm paying for it. It's unfair, and unjust. These people report him for being unskilled, and Microsoft should be doing their job
and investigating these reports because its an absurd amount of reports. Innocent until proven guilty is what it should be, not guilty until proven innocent. That's the bottom line, now a loyal customer is being punished because an unskilled player was playing
on his account. How is it fair that someone that is unskilled shouldnt be allowed to play? And that's basically what this is, and you can't deny that. If it was me who was unskilled and playing I'd be getting punished for being unskilled when I pay my money
to play just like everyone else does. The enforcement team shouldn't just put people in avoid me because of false reports like this, and they even said themselves that the algorithm adjusts to false reports, well just another lie In a web of lies that has
been spun for a very long time. I'll say again, innocent until proven guilty, not guilty until proven innocent.
